Well, look no further because the luck of the Irish will be upon you at the 22nd Annual shamROCK, on Thursday, March 17th, 2016 from 4:00 PM to midnight in the Gaslamp Quarter. Downtown San Diego will be transformed into an Irish wonderland, featuring over 80, 000 square feet of green astroturf. shamROCK is bringing Ireland all the way across the pond to San Diego! Join more than 20, 000 festival attendees in the streets of the Gaslamp Quarter, rocking their best jig at shamROCK 2016, presented by Jameson and The Field. Every lass and boyo in attendance will be immersed in an Irish haven at this year’s celebration with the creation of a 150-foot Irish pub in the streets, a lighting extravaganza on the surrounding buildings, and much more. 21+, GQHF/GQA event.

shamROCK is guaranteed to once again ROCK the streets with endless live entertainment. The Field Irish Stage will be positively Celtic with live bands performing Irish rock, Irish punk rock, and other Irish favorites. Fifth Avenue and F Street will feature the hottest DJs with an insane mix of sounds that will have you in a green haze all day long. The final stage will be located next to the 150-foot Irish pub and will play host to Irish River Dancers and your favorite San Diego and Los Angeles DJs. Dublin will have nothing on this pub, which will have green beer and plenty of Jameson Irish Whiskey to concoct any of your favorite St. Paddy’s Day libations – do be sure to enjoy responsibly! shamROCK will take place on G and F Streets between 5th and 7th Avenue and on 6th Avenue between E and G Streets.
