Everything was perfect, from the food to the service and, of course, the view. We were surprised on how quiet it was, even though we sat inside. We could actually talk and hear ourselves.

A special thanks to our waitress, Betty, for an amazing job. She is the best.

We went to Panorama Bar & Grill for San Diego Restaurant Week. The grilled ahi tuna appetizer was great value and cooked just right. The sea scallops entree was cooked just right amount of time and very tasty. The chocolate lava cake was a super dessert. Keep in mind that it was a prix fix menu for San Diego Restaurant Week. The restaurant is very big and there is a nice separate bar where there is limited seating outside. There are many french doors that allow viewing of the marina and the bay and the ceilings are tall, giving a feeling of openness. It was a rather quiet ambiance that is very attractive for those who don't want a 'sports bar' type environment and would like to have a conversation. Very civilized! The service was very good with the waitress and the manager making sure that the table was well served. The entire staff was very attentive. Don't forget to have your parking ticket validated for free parking. Enjoy!

Went for the lobster special. Great deal for a whole lobster and the tuna was delicious. Friendly staff and a great view.
