Nearly a year in the making, Spirits and Beer Director/Barman Stephen Kurpinsky and his team just launched their new beverage menu showcasing wine, local brews and 38 one-of-a-kind cocktail creations. Direct descendants of classic cocktails have been updated for the modern palate, highlights of which include the refreshing-yet smoky "Cool Beans", with La Puratita Mezcal, El Dorado 8 Year Rum, house tepache, tamarind, smoked lime and chile; "Sam Swizzle" with Atlantico Platino Rum, Amontillado Sherry, St. George Spice Pear, lime, pineapple, pineapple gomme and sage, and "Death by Bananas, a Hemingway favorite taken to flavorful new heights with the addition of acid phosphate and banana liqueur. The redesigned cocktail menu also includes handy tasting notes to help guests navigate each selection.
